Antonin Dolohov - Convicted of the brutal murders of Gideon and Fabian Prewett. Passed information to Voldemort. 

Augustus Rookwood -  Spy for Voldemort. Worked in the Department of Mysteries in the Ministry of Magic. Convicted of Leaking Ministry of Magic Secrets to He-who-must-not-be-named.

Avery - Escaped For Azkaban in the 5th book. With the help from Voldemort.  Didn't go to find Voldemort when he vanished.

Bartemius Crouch Jr. - Took the Polyjuice potion to become Alastor Moody To lure Harry to Voldemort. He was thrown into Azkaban, he and his mother switched places, his father put him under the Imperius Curse. He fought the curse, Voldemort came and put his father under the curse.

Bellatrix Black (Lestrange) - Sirius's Cousin. Married Rudolphus Lestrange. Convicted of the torture and permanent incapacitation of Frank and Alice Longbottom.

Carrows - didn't go to find Lord Voldemort when he vanished.

Evan Rosier - Fought rather then go quietly and killed in a struggle. They were trying to bring him to Azkaban.

Greyback - Death Eater who didn't go and find Lord Voldemort when he vanished.

Igor Karkaroff - Former Death Eater. Was sent to Azkaban, told the Ministry names so they would set him free. Was head of Durmstrang Institute. Fled at the end of the book.

Jugson - pg. 788 5th book.

Lord Voldemort- Evil Wizard feared by everyone. His name is never spoken. He disappeared after he tried to kill Harry as a baby. Also called Tom Riddle.

Lucius Malfoy - Draco's Father. Had a house elf named Dobby. Married to Narcissa. Related to Sirius. Is Pure-Blood.

Mulciber - Specialized in the Imperius Curse.

Narcissa Malfoy - Lucius's wife. Her son is Draco. Death Eater. Her sister is Bellatrix.

Peter Pettigrew - He is an animagus. Turns into a rat. Works for Voldemort. He Betrayed the Potters.

Professor Quarrell - He taught Defense Against Dark Arts class in Harry's 1st year. He let Voldemort share his body. Voldemort lived off Unicorn blood which Quarrell drank for him. He tried to kill Harry but couldn't bare his touch so he ended up dieing.

Rabastan Lestrange - Rodolphus Brother. Was put in azkaban with Bellatrix, Rodolphus, Crouch Jr.

Regulus Black - Sirius's Younger Brother who turned Death Eater. Killed by Voldemort, or on Voldemort's orders.

Rodolphus Lestrange - Married Bellatrix. Was in Azkaban. Came in with Bellatrix, Barty Crouch Jr. and his brother Rabastan.

Severus Snape - Was a Death Eater then came to the good side before Voldemort's downfall.

Travers - Helped murder the McKinnons.

Walden Macnair - After Voldemort's downfall, Worked for the ministry. Sent to kill Buckbeak. Executioner of Dangerous Creatures.

Yaxley - didn't go to find Lord Voldemort when he vanished.
